The Innis Specimen Lake is the big fish water at Innis Fly Fishery, near Penwithick and St Austell. The fishery raises its own trout in holding tanks up to double figures, and says the lake holds several double figure fish.

It has its own tickets: £25 for one fish, £45 for two and £80 for four, as published from 1 February 2025. The rules are tougher than on the other lakes. There are no returns, you fish a single fly with no droppers, hooks are barbed, and the line must be at least 8lb breaking strain.
