About Millan Waters
Millan Waters is a members only catch and release fly fishing syndicate on a trout lake of between six and seven acres near the village of Iwade in North Kent, close to the Isle of Sheppey. The syndicate has run for many years and says no fishing is available to the general public.
The lake is stocked through the season from Duncton Mill Fish Farm in West Sussex with rainbow, brown and sparctic trout. It has its own car park, a returns hut, boats and mooring buoys for members, and established fishing platforms. A season subscription covers about eleven and a half months of fishing, under the syndicate rules and allowances.
The joining fee is currently £50 and a season subscription is currently £440. The syndicate says both are reviewed towards the end of each season, and that it still has some places for the 2026 to 2027 season. A visit before you commit can be arranged. Members can bring a guest by prior agreement with the fishery manager, for £30 for four hours or £40 for a full day. To ask about a place, ring the number on the syndicate’s website or use its contact form.
