About Breconshire Usk Fishing Association

The Breconshire Usk Fishing Association is run by a committee of Brecon Town Council and fishes the River Usk in Brecon from Llanfaes Bridge to Gwennies Lane. The council describes a river with a backdrop of the Brecon Beacons that holds brown trout and salmon, along with sea trout, shad and lamprey, and says it is occasionally restocked with brown trout.
