About Glynneath and District Angling Association

Glynneath and District Angling Association has 17 miles of fishing in the upper Neath Valley. Much of the water is in the Brecon Beacons National Park, in the area often called Dyffryn y Sgydau (Waterfall Valley) for its waterfalls. The association describes gin clear water holding natural brown trout that take nymph, dry and wet flies, and says the river is stocked on a regular basis through the season to supplement natural stocks on the lower waters.
