About River Bollin, Mill Length
The Mill length is Lymm Angling Club’s water on the River Bollin near Lymm. The club calls it an excellent but somewhat overlooked fishery. For game anglers there is a resident population of brown trout, and the club says that in recent years both sea trout and salmon have returned to the Bollin. The river also holds good heads of barbel, bream, chub, dace, pike and roach.
The water is for members of the club and is not sold on a day ticket. The club gives parking on the grass verges by the A6144 near the Green Dragon pub. The position shown is approximate.
