Five beats on the true right bank of the Avon upstream of Little Durnford, marked A through to E, with a disc board in operation and one person per beat. The casting is unrestricted, which on the Woodford valley means classic open chalk river with the water in front of you and nothing behind.
It is a members only fishery with no day tickets and no guests, fishing or non-fishing, which keeps it as quiet as any water the club holds. Fishing is dawn to dusk and wading is allowed where indicated.
The season runs 1 April to 30 June on upstream dry fly only, then upstream dry fly and nymph from 1 July to 15 October. Grayling are fished on the same methods but only from 16 June.

Trout 1 April to 30 June upstream dry fly only, then upstream dry fly and nymph to 15 October. Grayling on the same methods from 16 June to 15 October. Wading where indicated. Fishing dawn to dusk.
