About Glanyrafon, Golden Grove

Glanyrafon is Golden Grove’s highest upstream beat. The Towy valley is quite wide here, with rich pasture and the occasional traditional farmstead. The Passport says fishing and rod numbers are strictly limited on each beat and the paths down to the river are carefully maintained to an excellent standard. A full time ghillie is employed to show rods the fishing and generally assist, and one to one guiding can be provided if required.
