About River Wey, Trunley Heath

Trunley Heath is a stretch of the old River Wey that Godalming Angling Society fishes, on National Trust controlled, non navigable water from its top boundary down to where it rejoins the navigation above Broadford Bridge. The society describes a winding course between tree lined banks and a pleasant walk down the river through the meadow, and lists trout among the species, alongside coarse fish.
