About the River Teme

The River Teme rises in the hills near Kerry in Powys, south of Newtown, and runs about 80 miles to the Severn at Powick, just south of Worcester. For several miles it roughly forms the border between Wales and England, past Knighton, before it enters England near Bucknell. It then turns east to Ludlow, runs on past Tenbury Wells and finishes through Worcestershire. The Clun joins it at Leintwardine and the Onny at Bromfield.
