About Gofynne

Gofynne is about a kilometre of double bank on the medium sized River Irfon, in what the Passport calls remote and beautiful surroundings. It holds good numbers of grayling and wild brown trout, and chub as well. The bed is a mixture of gravel and bedrock, so the wading is difficult in places and felt or studded soles are a must.
